The role of an SME is to help the Community achieve its objective of generating new knowledge in the field of corporate real estate. SMEs help determine research topics, overall annual plan of activity and participate in the creation and distribution of content.</p><p>SMEs serve as advocates for CoreNet Global and its mission and vision. They support an environment of honesty and openness and act in accordance with the highest ethical standards. They are collaborative and work well as part of a team.</p><p>Each Community will have up to six (6) SMEs, drawn from a diversity of backgrounds and global regions within the CoreNet Global membership. They serve a one-year term with an opportunity to be renewed for an additional year. An end-user member will serve as the panel leader. The terms will coincide with CoreNet Global’s fiscal year (April 1 – March 31).</p><p>A Global Board of Directors Task Force will select the members of the Knowledge Advisory Panel from the nominations submitted and work with each panel to set projects for the year.
