Asks right questions and listens  Honest and trustworthy  Strong work ethic  Respectful of others  Flexible and accepts change </p><p>Professional Characteristics</p><p> Inside sales experience - 3-5 years  Software competence including loan (mortgage experience preferred) origination software, Act!, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Outlook  Professional demeanor and image  Knowledge of sales techniques  Proficient with numbers  Great follow-up  Excellent phone skills  Excellent supervisory skills  Computer and office equipment skills  Systems oriented</p><p>Duties</p><p>1. Provide transactional support for all loan officers. 2. Provide daily, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of client activity. 3. Submit files to underwriting and closing. 4. Satisfy underwriting conditions. 5. Satisfy post-closing conditions. 6. Communicate with investor representatives and underwriters to clarify processing-related issues. 7. Communicate with corporate operations department, remain current on operations procedures and keep operations staff updated. 8. Attend off-site closings. 9. Remain current on FNMA & FHLMC guidelines. 10.Use existing systems and technology to deliver customer service to our clients according to our business plan, policies and procedures, and company values. 11.Assist in improving upon operational systems to enhance performance, efficiency, and capacity. 12.Assist in interviewing, training, supervising and reviewing all operations staff members. 13.Assist in management of processors who may be added to team in the future.</p><p>Compensation & Benefits</p><p>Base salary plus bonus based on monthly closings.</p><p>Standards </p><p>Scheduled hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday, may require occasional overtime. Data Backup: Must be completed and verified daily. Data Reporting: Provide weekly status reports to be deemed by Owner of the Company. Provide pipeline reporting to appropriate users. Physical Characteristics of the position: Position is considered sedentary and no unusual physical requirements are necessary to perform daily tasks. Position duties may require incumbents to lift and carry objects (up to 20 lbs) on a non-routine daily basis.</p>
