<p> Application for sealed copy of judgment or order</p><p>You should complete this form if you require a sealed copy of a judgment or order. Unless the court orders otherwise, on payment of the prescribed fee the registrar must furnish a sealed copy of any judgment or order that has been entered in the proceedings to any person who applies for such a copy.
