<p> Quick Instruction Guide StarScan Holter Printing to an HP Laser Printer</p><p>The HP Laser Printers work with a wide variety of drivers. The ECG Graphics (especially the Full Disclosure) use an extensive amount of graphics. Some HP Laser Printer drivers take a very long time to print (this can be 1 hour per page).</p><p>To print the report (especially the Full Disclosure) it is recommended the HP LaserJet 1200 Series PCL 5e be used. This driver can be found on the HP web site (HP.com).</p><p> Go to the Hp.com Web Site.  “Click” on the support & drivers item.  Select the item “download drivers and software”  Enter LaserJet 1200 in the “for” area and click the >>.  “Click” on the LaserJet 1200 Printer item.  “Click” on the appropriate Operating System.  Select the HP LaserJet 1200/1220 PCL 53 driver and download to the hard disk.  Go to the downloaded file and double click the file to install the install package.  The file lj987en.exe will be downloaded to your computer.  The Windows XP version is also located on you StarScan Holter installation CD (Version 7.40 and above) in the Documentation folder.</p><p>To Install the printer driver installation software go to the downloaded file (or C:\StarScan Holter\Documentation for the XP version) and “Double Click on it. The files will be installed (unzipped) to the c:\lj987 folder.</p><p>To Install the printer driver go to Control Panel | Printers and Faxes and select the add printer item.</p><p>Select the appropriate options for your system until the dialog box below appears.</p><p>Select Have Disk… Select Browse… </p><p>Browse to the lJ187 Folder. The file hpbf311i.inf will appear.</p><p>Select Open </p><p>“Open” the hpbf311i.inf file and select “OK” then “NEXT” and finally “FINISH” to the remaining Dialog Boxes. The HP LaserJet 1200 series PCL 5e is now installed on your system. This can be seen in the Printers and Faxes” Dialog Box.</p><p>To Set Up the HP LaserJet 1200 series PCL 5e printer driver go to Control Panel | Printer and Faxes Dialog Box and “Right Click” on the HP LaserJet 1200 series PCL 5e Printer icon. Select the Properties item in the Drop Down menu item. The following Dialog Box will appear:</p><p>Select Printing Preferences… The following Dialog Box will appear:</p><p>Select Custom. The following Dialog</p><p>Details… </p><p>The following Dialog Box will appear:</p><p>Select 300 dpi.</p><p>Select Send Graphics as Raster.</p><p>Select “OK” to ALL the open Dialog Boxes.</p><p>The HP 1200 Printer is now set up to Print the Full Disclosure ECG</p>
