Ballot Reconciliation Line Items submitted by Freida Hall and Joann Larson</p><p>Freida Hall was invited to this session to help clarify some of her submitted line items which the group could not locate. Evidently, Freida had worked from a different version then the final version. There had to be a patch applied after Freida downloaded the document. The group compared the two documents and addressed the line items that pertained to the final ballot version. There was time to complete both spreadsheets submitted by Freida Hall and Joann Larson. Don Lloyd documented the committee's action for each line item on the ballot reconciliation ballot spreadsheet. June Rosploch documented action items. </p><p>II. Action Items</p><p>The following new action items were recorded. </p><p> A template needs to be developed to be used when a new cast of characters, healthcare staff, or organization name is requested to be added to the approved list for use when developing storyboards. (Unassigned)  PA is using Good Health Organization in a storyboard. The committee will be notified that the use of Good Health Organization is not part of the approved list. If the committee wants to retain the use of the name there will have to be a request submitted to Helen Stevens. (June)  The Style Guide will be at hand for the next meeting.
