<p>RECORDING REQUESTED BY: ______Bank ______, CA ______</p><p>WHEN RECORDED MAIL TO: ______Bank ______, CA ______</p><p>Space Above This Line For Recorder’s Use</p><p>SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT</p><p>NOTICE: THIS SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT RESULTS IN YOUR SECURITY INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY BECOMING SUBJECT TO AND OF LOWER PRIORITY THAN THE LIEN OF A LATER RECORDED CONSERVATION EASEMENT INSTRUMENT.</p><p>THIS AGREEMENT, made this ___ day of ______, 20__, by ______, owners of the land described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein (hereinafter “OWNER”), and ______Bank (“______”), trustee and beneficiary under that certain deed of trust (“Deed of Trust”) dated ______and recorded ______as Instrument No. ______of the official records of the County Recorder of ______County, State of California.
