ENTERIES: Each Association may enter 4 male players, 4 female players, 1male coach, and 1 female coach, totally 10 persons. For women events the coach and manager should be female.</p><p>8. SYSTEM OF PLAY: </p><p>1. Team event will be played in swaythling system. 2. Singles event will be played in Round Roubin, (Round 2 knockout System) 3. Double event will be played in knockout System </p><p>Knock out 9. DRAW: Tournament will be held in the evening of 22nd January, 2014. HOSPITALITY: The host Federation will provide free hospitality from the dinner on 22nd Jan, 2014 to the breakfast on 27th Jan, 2014 for all teams. The extra persons can be accommodated with the other on the same basis, including meals and transportation at the charge of 60 Euro per day/person.</p><p>11. TRANSPORTATION: Travel costs to Tehran must be paid by participating Associations. The closest International Airport to Tehran is Emam Khomeini International Airport. Local transportation will be arranged from the Airport to the Hotels and Venues.</p><p>12.
