On Joint Motion of All Councilmembers Present, the Following Resolution Was Offered s1

<p> On joint motion of all Councilmembers present, the following resolution was offered: RESOLUTION NO. 116277 A resolution granting permission to Zea Rotisserie and Grill represented by Kory Peters, to erect one concession stand, on private property, at 4436 Veterans Boulevard, Metairie, LA 70006, for the sale of food during the Carnival Season commencing on February 25, 2011, and ending on March 8, 2011, Mardi Gras Day; provided that all requirements regarding fees, taxes, permits, licenses and proper zoning have been obtained from the Jefferson Parish Departments of Inspection and Code Enforcement, Fire Department, Health Department, and the Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office. (Council District 5) NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE JEFFERSON PARISH COUNCIL, JEFFERSON PARISH, LOUISIANA, acting as governing authority for said Parish: SECTION 1. That permission be and is hereby granted to Zea Rotisserie and Grill, represented by Kory Peters, to erect one concession stand, on private property, at 4436 Veterans Boulevard, Metairie, LA 70006, for the sale of food during the Carnival Season commencing on February 25, 2011, and ending on March 8, 2011; provided that all requirements regarding fees, taxes, permits, licenses and proper zoning have been obtained from the Jefferson Parish Departments of Inspection and Code Enforcement, Fire Department, Health Department, and Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office. (Council District 5) SECTION 2. This resolution is granted with the full understanding that said applicant shall comply with the requirements set forth in Ordinance No. 23925 adopted December 8, 2010, and any other applicable laws. SECTION 3. It is understood that no live music and/or entertainment will be permitted. SECTION 4. That the Parish Council Clerk forward a copy of this resolution to Kory Peters, 154 Oak Manor Lane, St Rose, LA 70087, Jefferson Parish Departments of Inspection and Code Enforcement, Fire Department, Citizens’ Affairs and Jefferson Parish Sheriff's Office. The foregoing resolution having been submitted to a vote, the vote thereon was as follows: YEAS: 7 NAYS: None ABSENT: None The resolution was declared to be adopted on this the 23rd day of February, 2011.</p>
