<p>SKATE PARK RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Skaters must be at least seven (7) years of age to use the skate park. 2. All users must skate responsibly exercising common sense and courtesy to other users. 3. Use of the skate park is limited to the posted hours of operation. 4. All skaters must wear the following safety equipment: helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads. All equipment must be securely fastened and worn per manufacturer’s specifications. 5. Only skateboards and in-line skates are permitted in the park. Bicycles, scooters, and motorized vehicles are not permitted in the skate park at any time. 6. No skating is permitted when surfaces and/or equipment are wet, icy, or snow covered. 7. Skaters under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult at the skate park. 8. Spectators are not permitted in the skate park. 9. No glass, food, or beverages are permitted in the skate park. 10.Drugs, smoking, alcohol, profanity, vandalism, recklessness, and/or disruptive behavior in the skate park area are strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate expulsion from the skate park. 11.Gear, clothing, and personal items must be stored outside of the skate park. The Township of Washington is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 12.The use of personal ramps, jumps, boxes, bars, or any other equipment, other than that which is provided by the Township of Robbinsville, is strictly prohibited. 13.No music is permitted in the skate park area. 14.Skateboarding is prohibited outside of the skate park within the Municipal Complex area. 15.Any persons using the skate park must abide by all directions, commands, or orders of any Police Officer or Township Official.</p><p>SKATE PARK HOURS OF OPERATION:</p><p>WEEKDAYS DURING SCHOOL YEAR: 2:30 PM – DUSK</p><p>SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS & HOLIDAYS: 10 AM – DUSK</p><p>WEEKDAYS DURING SUMMER: 10 AM – DUSK</p><p>(The Township of Robbinsville reserves the right to eject individuals from the skate park for violation of the rules and regulations and does not assume any responsibility for injuries).</p>
