Chapter 31, Title 23 of the 1976 Code is amended 23 by adding: 24 25 “Article 2 26 27 Transportation and Storage of Firearms in a Locked Vehicle 28 29 Section 233150. A person, property owner, tenant, employer, or 30 business entity may not establish a policy or rule that prohibits a 31 person, except a convicted felon, from transporting and storing 32 firearms in a locked vehicle on property set aside for the vehicle.” 33 34 SECTION 2.
