Many volunteers will be needed for the “Bridges to Japan” Exhibition, including preparatory work before the Fair opens, as general volunteers during the run of the Exhibition (from morning to night, August 6 to 22), and for the tear-down of the installation and various types of follow-up. In addition, volunteers will be needed for special tasks, such as support for robots and engineers, support for performers, etc... If you have a set form that you need us to fill out, please let us know. volunteer?</p><p>All Volunteers will receive a pass for parking and free entry into the Indiana State Fair. Because of the special logistics at the Fairgrounds, we request that volunteers work for at least a 4-hour shift. Volunteers who do work at least 4 hours on a given day will receive a $5 meal coupon that will be redeemable at the Japanese Food Service Area inside the Exhibition. </p><p>All information collected on this form is kept strictly confidential and under no circumstances will this information be shared with any other party.
