Campus on 26th April 2015. The degree distribution at the Faculty will be held in a function on 25th April 2015 (at 1:00 PM) in the Faculty.</p><p>I heartily, congratulate you and cordially invite you to attend the Convocation and participate in the faculty function to receive the degree in person. If you are interested in participating in the above functions, please send your consent by e-mail, letter, in the prescribed proforma given below, so as to reach the Dean of your Faculty latest by 22nd April 2015 evening.</p><p>A graduand can receive the degree in the function, only if she / he wear the prescribed Academic costume. D.Sc./ D.LItt. etc : Yellow</p><p>Uttaria and Safa to be provided by the University through Faculty on payment of Rs. 215/- (non-refundable) </p><p>Uttaria and Safa will be supplied to the graduands by the Faculty concerned on payment of Rs. 215/- (non refundable) on non-returnable basis (Graduands can keep Uttaria and Safa with them in memory of the Convocation). Other Academic Costumes (Saree and Blouse- for female students and Kurta with Pyjama or dhoti for Males) is to be arranged by the graduands on their own. </p><p>Uttaria and Safa can be collected from the Faculty concerned between 02:00 PM of 23 rd april 2015 up to 05:00 PM on 24th April 2015 on depositing the academic Robe charges of Rs. 215/- (non Refundable).</p><p>It may be mentioned here that in case you are not able to attend the Convocation, your degree will automatically be dispatched by Registered AD post by the Office of the Controller of Examinations after one month of date of Convocation on the address mentioned by you in the Examination form.
