<p>2000 NATIONAL HOME AND HOSPICE CARE SURVEY (NHHCS) DATA AND DOCUMENTATION INFORMATION</p><p>The 2000 NHHCS data are displayed under the following format: ftp://ftp.cdc.gov/pub/Health_Statistics/NCHS/Datasets/NHHCS/NHHCS00 Contains 3 separate data folders and Readme00.TXT. The README00.DOC provides a description of the data files and documentation available from the survey.</p><p>Text_ASCII Tab_Delimited SAS_Data Readme00.DOC</p><p>Folder: Text_ASCII ftp://ftp.cdc.gov/pub/Health_Statistics/NCHS/Datasets/NHHCS/NHHCS00/Text_ASCII/ Contains ASCII Fixed Format data files as well as SAS and SPSS input statements. SAS and SPSS input statements can be used to convert fixed format files into SAS or SPSS data files.</p><p>File Name File Description NHHCS00.ZIP NHHCS dataset files </p><p>The data file (NHHCS00.ZIP) will expand to include the following: AGENCY.ASC Fixed Format CPATIENT.ASC Fixed Format DPATIENT.ASC Fixed Format </p><p>The dataset (NHHCS00.ZIP) files listed have been compressed into separate files.
