Before Jan 2008, MSA Decatur performed worse than Chicago. However, after Jan 2008, Decatur started performing better than Chicago.. From early 2007 to early 2009, MSA Bloomington, Champaign-Urbana-Rantoul, Davenport, Peoria, Rockford, Springfield and Kankakee performed better than Chicago.. However, from Mid-2009 to late-2011, these MSAs generally performed worse than Chicago..
