7:30AM Drive from Axum to Partners’ Selekleka 7:30- 8:30AM - REST, TDA REST, TDA, MZ Welcoming speech and Glimmer, REST, and district district briefing about the existing TDA, DDA, ODA, administration administration situations of the Woreda, ORDA, ADA, Day one will held why the ICD was selected, district line offices/ discussion expected out comes from stakeholders, RSC 12, June, (mainly on the the program, program members, … 2017 MZ ICDP) at integration and (Monday) the district collaboration of the administration, implementers’ and status of phase I and II projects, etc.</p><p>8:30-8:50AM - Drive from TDA, REST, school To understand why the HS Selekleka to community, woreda is implemented and the 8:50 – 10:00AM Adi Baeraj HS sector offices integration of health (Girls club) at schools as a pilot - Visit the project already completed school infrastructure and 2017 ongoing construction projects</p><p>- Visit overall health activities, menstrual hygiene management and Visit the school health (girls’) club.</p><p>- Hold discussion with school community</p><p>10:00-11:00AM - Drive from Adi TDA, school Baeraj HS to community, woreda Hakfen CPS sector offices and visit Hakfen CPS existing condition and visit 2017 ongoing construction projects 11:00-12;00PM - Drive from Integrated nutrition and Hakfen CPS to health programs Hakfen HP, and REST, beneficiaries - Visit Hakfen Health post ( food demonstration and discuss with WDTL)</p><p>- Visit nearby households</p><p>- Drive from Hakfen to Selekleka</p><p>12:00-12:15PM - Drive from REST, beneficiaries Understand the benefit of Hakfen to Off farm livelihoods Selkleka enhancement activities</p><p>- Visit selekleka youth and female headed household beneficiaries engaged in off- farm livelihoods enhancement activities </p><p>12:15-1:00PM - Lunch at Participants/individu Selkleka al</p><p>1:00-2:00PM - Drive from TDA, beneficiaries Selkleka to Betesemaiti CPS (Tahtay Maichew woreda) and have a short stop at Debalik LPS (on the way),</p><p>2:00-3:00PM - Visit TDA, beneficiaries Betesemaiti CPS, and Firekalsi CPS ongoing projects</p><p>3:30-4:30PM Drive from Edagaberhe Glimmer, to beneficiaries Seglamen/Debrebrihan Tabias and visit poultry and Begait beneficiaries </p><p>4:30-5:45Pm Drive from Participants Seglamen/Debrebirhan Tabia to Axum</p><p>7:30-10:00AM - Drive from REST, Small scale irrigation Aksum to Tkule project implementation Day two 10:00-11:00AM REST, beneficiaries modalities and - Visit Ruba Adi 13 June, beneficiaries’ irrigation Glimmer, REST, Keshi irrigation 2017 practices TDA, DDA, ODA, project (Tuesday) ORDA, ADA, Irrigation district line offices/ structure, and stakeholders, hold discussion with project beneficiaries, REST, and Woreda stakeholders </p><p>11:00-11:45AM - Drive from REST, beneficiaries Ruba Adi Keshi irrigation project to Zana 11:45AM -1:15PM - Visit REST, beneficiaries beneficiaries of dairy, fattening and off farm activities and nutrition</p><p>- Guests will hold discussion with REST staff and beneficiaries on the handling of the assets received by the assistance of Glimmer. </p><p>1:15-2:15 PM - Lunch at Zana Participants/individu town al</p><p>2:15-3:15pm - visit Zana TDA, beneficiaries Collaboration with the health Center government in upgrading and discuss the HC into a general with the health hospital center and woreda sector office staff and and beneficiaries 3:15-3:45 - Drive from REST, TDA, Zana to Bahra beneficiaries specific site (Embalatse ) and visit Maihagay SPD and short stop at Mie’ela satellite school,</p><p>3:45-4:15PM - Drive to REST, beneficiaries Integration of water supply, Adekemalek sanitation and hygiene 4:15-5:15PM - Visit Adekemalik , Adikedesom (Mai – Mitsian Adgi) HDW and linkage the sanitation and hygiene activities</p><p>5:15-6:00pm - Drive from Participants Adikemalih to Axum</p><p>Day three, 8:00-8:15AM - Drive from Participants 14 June, Axum to 2017 Medegoy Tabia, (Wednesday) 8:15-11:30AM - Visit Medego Glimmer, L/M Implementing livelihoods Tabia woreda agriculture activities directly through RUSACO, office & RuSACCOs beneficiaries - Drive back to Axum </p><p>11:30-2:15pm - Lunch at Axum Participants/individu al</p><p>2:15 - 5:00PM - Wrap up REST, TDA, Provide reflections, meeting at Glimmer importance of the Ethiopis hotel: experience sharing and convenient date, lessons Reflections and learnt, feedbacks about the trip observations – lessons learnt</p><p>Thu 15 and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM -
