<p>18th Ave Spinach Pasta with</p><p>Broccoli & Cheese This is a simple weeknight side dish that Will compliment your favorite chicken or pork dish. Mix up a simple lettuce cucumber tomato salad, white wine and dinner will be ready in 30 minutes with a little planning ahead. 1 nested 18th Ave spinach & garlic pasta 1 cup broccoli washed trimmed into bite size pieces ½ cup spring sugar peas cut into bite size pieces 2 cloves garlic minced ½ cup cheese Quattro Formaggio from Trader Joes a blend of Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina and Mild Provolone ¼ teaspoon salt Black pepper freshly ground 1. Cook pasta according to package directions for al dente 2. Save ½ cup of cooking liquid when draining pasta 3. Put pasta and water back in medium sized sauce pan with a lid over low-medium heat 4. Add broccoli, peas, and toss together let steam till veggies are slightly tender----2 minutes----do not overcook. Broccoli and peas will be bright green. 5. Toss in garlic, cheese, and salt.
