These are being sent out early to avoid the last minute rush and confusion that often occurs at the deadline for application.</p><p>The deadline for submitting an application for the 2016 Million Dollar Club will be 4:00 p.m. on January 19, 2017.</p><p>Please forward the application, the required completed forms, a current wallet size photo, along with your check for the appropriate amount to the Board office at the address below: Walton-Barrow Board of REALTORS® 115 Bold Springs Avenue Monroe, Ga. 30655</p><p>Enclosed you will find: (1) Application for the “2016 Million Dollar Club” (2) Rules for Admission to the Million Dollar Club” (3) Forms for listing the Real Estate Transactions</p><p>Admission to the “Million Dollar Club” is by application of the candidate.</p><p>Application fees are as follows:</p><p>(1) 1st time Active Member, or for Member getting Plaque & Strip the fee is $165.00 (2) Active Member, Life Member and Active Life Member, who have received a Plaque with strip in a previous year, the fee is $95.00 (3) Phoenix Club Award fee for Hand blown Phoenix $650.00. (4) Phoenix Club Award fee for Plaque & Strip only $165.00. (5) Phoenix Club Award fee for Strip Only $95.00. (6) Crystal Phoenix Club Award Fee for engraved Crystal Vase is $395.00. (7) Crystal Phoenix Club Award Fee for Plaque & Strip only $165.00. (8) Crystal Phoenix Club Award Fee for Strip Only $95.00.
