<p> ProGrad General Meeting Minutes – March 6, 2014</p><p>Meeting was called to order at 7:04 by Terese Fountain. Minutes from the last meeting are on the website. Treasurer - $35,000 in bank account-made $29K from Senior Serve Tiger Bucks Chair – no report</p><p>Senior Serve Stats – Nancy thanked everyone for help and participation and reminded them that Linda Buchanan will be producing a DVD with Senior Serve pics for $10. Order tonight or at ProGrad table.</p><p>Vendor Market – vendors were introduced by Terese Fountain.</p><p>Parent Donations – we have 3 so far for a total of $250.</p><p>Tee Shirts – tonight is the last night that shirts will be sold. We have a few XL and two 3XL. Kids will still wear tee shirts on Wednesdays for tiger bucks.</p><p>Recycling – Audrey is waiting for checks from Office Depot and Staples and has some rewards to use.</p><p>Restaurants – Roberta reported that we had money from Las Mananitas and Il Primo – only a few people have visited Carmelo’s, Fajita Pete’s and Orange Leaf. Lomonte’s should have a check by the end of the year.</p><p>Seanette reported that post cards will be going out regarding Event Night and that it was decided we would have shopping bags in lieu of monogrammed bags. She has a student poll for possible gifts. Tickets will be sold tonight for $1500 bonus bucks and due to many school activities tonight, that bonus deadline will be extended to March 26.</p><p>Business Donations – Scott Holliday handed out forms and reminded everyone that kids could get tiger bucks if a business donated in their names.</p><p>Thank you’s – Linda reminded us to send her thank you info.</p><p>Car Wash – Sign up genius is ready for March 22 car wash at Randall’s. 9 am – 1 pm. Donate items and work for tiger bucks. You do not need to sign up to work – just show up. If you are bringing items to donate, please donate in bulk – not ONE roll of paper towels, but a package.</p><p>Spring Flowers – flyer tonight. Sell by April 5, delivery May 7 from 1:00 – 1:30 PM. $25 tiger bucks for each item sold – sell 6 and earn $200 tiger bucks. Flowers are from Brookwood Community.</p><p>Garage Sale – we have secured 2nd storage unit. Drop off dates are March 22, 3-5 PM and April 13, 3-5 at All Star Storage on Hwy 90. We also need plastic bags – donate 100 and get $50 tiger bucks.</p><p>New Fundraiser – “Sweet and Smoked Easter” Briskets and other meats from Vaso’s Barbeque – see flyer. Delivery Thurs. before Easter-$25 tiger bucks for every item sold & additional tiger buck prizes.</p><p>Butter Braids – fundraiser being repeated – see flyer. $25 tiger bucks for each one sold. Cut off is April 3 with delivery on April 17.</p><p>Event Night – start signing up for Committees and time slots tonight.
