<p> Medical Assisting Education Review Board</p><p>Accreditation Workshop Registration Form (For Initial & Continuing Accreditation Workshop Registration) Sunday, August 10, 2014</p><p>The 2008 Standards Accreditation Workshop is scheduled for Sunday, August 10, 2014 from 8:00 AM to 5 PM at the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook, Oak Brook, Illinois</p><p>IMPORTANT: Programs with visits scheduled up to December 2016 will use the 2008 Standards. The new Standards will be used for visits starting in January 2017. </p><p>Please follow these steps to register:</p><p>STEP 1: Complete the Application. We will send you an email that confirms the receipt of your registration form and fee for this workshop.</p><p>STEP 2: Submit the Registration Form. E-mail the completed registration form to Irene Lau at [email protected] by July 18, 2014. Medical Assisting Education Review Board</p><p>STEP 3: Submit the Fee. The $200.00 workshop fee can be waived for one representative of currently accredited CAAHEP medical assisting programs who has paid the Annual Program Service Fees during the past 12 months.
