It is informed to all concerned that the shortlisting of candidates (including RTE admissions) through ONLINE draw of lots for admission to Class – 1 -2017-18 will now be conducted on 22nd March 2017 at 12.30 PM instead of 18th March 2017. 2. The parents may check the admission status of their wards through KVS OLA DARPAN portal using their Login Id and password. A notification will also be sent to the parents whose wards will be selected for admission. Parents are also advised to check the school’s website – www.kv1sagar.com. 3. The verification of documents and admission process will start from 23rd March 2017. The tentative last date for admission will be 31st March 2017. 4. The parents must submit the copies of all the relevant documents (With Original Documents) at the time of admission. In case the documents are found incomplete/incorrect, the claim for admission will be rejected. 5. The fee structure for Class –I -2017-18: a. Admission Fee – Rs. 25=00 b. VVN – Rs. 500=00 per month. c. No fee for candidates selected under RTE. 6. Online registration for Class II to IX can be done from 3/4/2017 to 10/4/2017 if the vacancy exists in the particular class. 7. Admission Test for Class – IX – on 12/4/2017 (if vacancy exists). 8.
