<p>Business Development Executive – Hampton Roads, VA</p><p>Position Overview Location: Newport News, VA 23606 Key words: Business Development, Sales Executive, Account Manager, Account Executive</p><p>Alliance Solutions Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and dynamic individual with Department of State export compliance, proposal writing, capture management and sales experience. Alliance desires an individual that will develop and execute effective Strategic Sales Plans and position Alliance Solutions Group as the preferred emergency management and environmental health/safety solutions provider consistent with the company's core values.</p><p>About us: Alliance Solutions provides planning, analysis, consultation and training services for emergency managers and first responders and environmental-health and safety solutions in the form of compliance audits, industrial hygiene sampling and monitoring, and safety and occupational health assessment consulting to all levels of corporate entities, government, and international organizations. </p><p>Desired Qualifications  Master’s degree desirable in related field  20+ years’ experience in management and leadership  Experienced with Shipley Sales and Capture Management methodology, (Sales Force experience preferred)  Experienced Proposal Writer and Manager  Knowledgeable in Project Management and Pricing  Well versed in government contracting through US General Services Administration, (MOBIS and 899 categories a plus).  Knowledge of the FAR, Federal Acquisition Regulations, and ITAR a plus  Software: Must be Expert in MS Office Products WORD, EXCEL, Power Point, Outlook</p><p>Duties  Develop new business opportunities in the government, private sector and international fields. This includes conference attendance and/or presentation, networking, social media, and building relationships with potential clients.  Develop marketing literature.  Maintain contact lists and client opportunities  Report projected sales activities  Lead proposal development with contracting offices and Alliance staff.  Develop and implement marketing strategies  Develop, manage, implement and track progress towards achieving business development goals, objectives and tasks through metrics</p><p> Support to project leaders during transition of opportunities to contract work </p><p> Normal office environment with frequent overnight travel, approximately 20% Business Development Executive – Hampton Roads, VA</p><p>Benefits We offer a benefits package, which includes a base salary with quarterly unlimited commission potential, health, dental, vision, disability, life, accident insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, holidays, etc. </p><p>Alliance Solutions Group employs those who are legally authorized to work in the US, and eligible for a DoD security clearance.
