Point System: If you look at the upper right hand corner, you will see that the fine is $______and just to the right you will see that this is a ______point violation. Mandatory Appearance and Court Info</p><p>In the upper left hand corner, you will see that this is not a mandatory court appearance. That means that you don’t have to appear.</p><p>3. Disputing the Citation</p><p>If you would like to dispute the citation, you can show up at the court time and location indicated on the citation or you can mail a not guilty plea along with a copy of the citation to the address on the citation. Paying the Citation</p><p>If you would like to pay the citation, you can mail the dollar amount to the address listed along with a copy of the citation to the address listed on the citation or you may pay the citation in person at the clerk of courts office or at the police department. The payment must be received prior to the court date.</p><p>5.
