<p>Monday, May 21, y- Version 1 AHFP General Manager Job Description</p><p>The A Head for Profits (AHFP) General Manager is an essential part of this organization. This position will be the our representative in the market place for AHFP when it comes to most draft related issues from scheduled line cleanings, to service calls and draft beer system installations. The manager must be well organized, have excellent customer relationship and service skills and have the ability handle a challenging work environment. </p><p>***We are a beer passionate company looking for like minded managers who understand the importance of quality draft beer.***</p><p>Job duties will consist of, but will not be limited to the following: </p><p>• Manage 25+ employees. • Supervise the set up of our schedule of events at the beginning of each month that will note any monthly cleanings, beer events/festivals, special events, billing cycle and employee related days off. • Organize weekly (mandatory) operations meeting that will outline the upcoming week for all employees. • Build an effective route for each draft line cleaner taking into consideration the amount of draft lines, the type of system, and location that will allow for the maximum amount of lines cleaned per day. • Follow check in/check out procedure with employees. • Supervise the organization of a weekend “on call” schedule and insure all weekend calls get handled correctly. • Follow Daily and Weekly audit schedule. • Build relationships with bar/restaurant owners, GM’s, managers and bartenders. • Go on 1 (one) employee ride along per week. • Managers will be there to help out which will help keep scheduled cleanings on track but Line Cleaners will be evaluated on how they conduct their day. • Review and submit billing for each cycle (2 week or 3 week route). • Manage the back end portal of the line cleaning smartphone app. • Note and relay any glitches to the IT Department for repair. • Follow up for any new accounts that may have been added. • Add new accounts to designated daily or monthly routes. • Add correct information for new distributors. • Maintain inventory levels of the necessary equipment and parts for each line cleaner. • Order in bulk at the beginning of each month from a preferred vendor to limit shipping costs. • Responsible for AHFP vehicles. • Schedule routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations etc. • Check Fleet One gas card records against vehicle location to make sure only AHFP vehicles are being filled up with gas card. • Check vehicles on a regular basis for proper inventory and cleanliness.
