Please complete and return the enclosed Choir Registration Form.</p><p>If your child will not participate in choir this year, please indicate so on the registration form, or leave a message at 773-1232, Option 5, Ext. 2111, or email at: [email protected] Rehearsals are GRADE DAYS TIME FIRST REHEARSAL</p><p>6 Monday/Wednesday 7:20-7:55 a.m. September 8 – Monday</p><p>7 & 8 Tuesday/Thursday 7:20-7:55 a.m. September 9 – Tuesday</p><p>Early morning bus routes/stops will be provided upon return of registration form. Attendance at rehearsals is mandatory. Choir and band rehearsal dates do not usually conflict. When this is the case, however, the directors make adjustments in their rehearsal schedules. A note, phone call or email from a parent is required to be excused from a rehearsal.
