We want to know what thought went into making those decisions, so please fill out this form carefully.</p><p>1. Describe the occasion for which you will wear or have worn this outfit.</p><p>2. List other places for which you feel this outfit has been or will be appropriate and explain. If none, explain.</p><p>3. Explain how this outfit coordinates or extends your present wardrobe.</p><p>4. Do you consider the garment to be a good style for you? Explain. Consider figure type, coloring, personality, etc.</p><p>5.
