Note time milk temperatures were recorded prior to delivery to the classroom and when milk/juice was returned to the food service after meal service in the classroom. It is permissible to insert thermometer between unopened cartons. Open carton to obtain product temperature if the first reading is above 41F. Indicate corrective action taken when milk/juice is above 41 F.
