<p>Residence handbook</p><p>Reception The reception is open during the week to help answer any questions you might have or give you advice on any urgent matters. You can also stop by if you need recommendations of newly opened restaurants or information on weekly openings at galleries and museums in Copenhagen. </p><p>The reception will have the following opening hours:</p><p>Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 17.00am</p><p>You can always reach us by email at [email protected] and or at the following number: 31716664.</p><p>Keys CPH Studio Hotel has installed a key system, where you will get an electronic key that will work for your own studio apartment and the main doors and in the washing room. Additionally every resident with a new smartphone can download an app, which can work as your key as well. Please notify the reception if you lose your electronic key, and they will issue a new one. The cost for programming a new key is DKK 100,-. </p><p>Restaurant and bar The restaurant and bar will be open in the daytime from 7am to 10pm, where you are more than welcome to sit and enjoy the atmosphere while studying. You can grab a coffee and a quick breakfast on your way out in the morning and enjoy meals during lunch and dinner time. It will be possible for residents to sign up to meal plans that can be enjoyed during the week. The restaurant and bar will also be open to guests coming from the outside as the owners wish to enable the most dynamic and inspiring atmosphere to flourish. To ensure that the restaurant remains a nice place, please clean up after yourself and use the furniture and equipment with care and respect. </p><p>Studio apartments Every unit is drawn by architects and furnished by one of Denmark‘s brands, HAY. All pieces in your studio apartment is carefully picked out and combined to create a modern atmosphere that compliments the history of the industrial building. Kitchen: Residents have a private kitchenette with a small refrigerator, a sink and a micro wave. At the reception you can also collect a hot plate by signing a document restricting the use of the hot plate assuring the smoke alarm will not be activated during cooking. The kitchenette has been provided with the most basic kitchen equipment such as plates, cutlery, glasses, dishtowels and the like. See a full list of the provided standard kitchen equipment here. </p><p>Facilities: CPH Studio Hotel offers several facilities to the residents; you’ll have access to some fitness equipment similar to that of the CrossFit world, a laundry room, a common café/restaurant with breakfast, lunch, dinner, to-go meals ideal for micro wave heating etc. and a reception accessible all working days.</p><p>Technical issues If any technical malfunctions or issues occur in your room, please inform the operations team through this link: https://studiohotel.dk/report.html We will do our best to fix the issue as fast as possible. In case of repairs needed our technical staff has a spare key to your room, so you do not have to be at home for repairs to be carried out. </p><p>Garbage In each room you will find a small kitchen bin. Please always use a garbage bag in the bin that will prevent your studio apartment from unpleasant smells. When it is filled, drop off your garbage bag at the garbage station outside the building – please don’t leave it in the hallways. When using the common facilities in the building, please use the various garbage bins placed all around the residence. </p><p>Mail and packages All mail and packages will be delivered at the reception and carefully taken care of until you pick it up. You will be informed through email when receiving a package. Letters should be checked for on a regular basis. Please remember your ID card and always include your room number in your address when you register somewhere or when you order something. Please make sure that you de-register from the address, when you leave after your stay has ended. See more here. CPH Studio Hotel will keep all mail for guests that have left for two weeks after receipt of the mail. After two weeks the mail will be returned to the sender. </p>
