(Approximately 25 miles or 7,200 steps a day)</p><p>Just a short distance beyond Elkwallow picnic grounds you will enjoy a spectacular view from Jeremy’s Run Overlook. (Mile 26.4) </p><p>Keep up the good work, your walking is going well. Don’t miss the view once you reach Buck Hollow Overlook. (Mile 32.9)</p><p>You are more than half way to this week’s final destination; you’ve reached Betty’s Rock. Take a moment to take in the beautiful panoramic scenery. (Mile 44.4)</p><p>Wow, you have reached Hawksbill! This is the highest peak on the Skyline Drive. The view is stunning, enjoy! (Mile 46.7) Excellent job, you have walked 50 miles at can now see Dark Hollow Falls – one of Skyline Drive’s most beautiful waterfalls!. Stretch while you admire this breathtaking site – you have earned it! (Mile 50)</p><p>Congratulations! You have reached Big Meadows Campground and the Byrd Visitors Center (Mile 51). This is the end of your journey for week 2.
