Recreation Park – Stu Ryman, Altamont Engineering, will be present to discuss the erosion problems. Commissioner Watson requested this item be placed on the agenda. Citizen Comments.</p><p>7. Polk County Soil, Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance and Resolution - Planner Cathy Ruth will be present to discuss the ordinance changes and resolution. Interlocal Agreement between Polk County and City of Saluda Regarding Administration of Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance - Planner Cathy Ruth will discuss the agreement. Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) Update – Chairperson Walker attended this informative meeting with Vice-Chairperson Gasperson and Sheriff Hill. She requested this item be placed on the agenda to share information from the training. Citizen Comments.</p><p>10.Board Vacancies (Review) – Appearance Committee, 1 application. Tryon Planning & Adjustment alternate, 1 application.</p><p>11.Board Vacancies (Vote) – Reappointments for Ryan Whitson and Ray Gasperson to the Isothermal Planning and Development Commission Board of Directors for a three year term. Recreation Advisory Board, 1 reappointment. (Motion to approve.)</p><p>12.Request for Tax Appeal Hearing - A letter from Marshall McGuinn requesting a hearing is in your packet. John Bridgers, Tax Assessor, will be present to answer any questions. You may schedule a hearing at this time.</p><p>13.County Manger’s Report – 1.Letter from Bob Shepherd, Interim Town Manager from the Town of Columbus. Citizen Comments.</p><p>14.Budget Amendments – BA #5 Maintenance $27, 800 for a F-250 4x4 diesel truck from Stott’s Ford for the associated tag, title and tax estimated cost as discussed and approved 2.1.10 from Contingency to Maintenance. BA #16 Agricultural Economic Development $9,243 to increase revenue and expense for grants received and listed on BA. The amendments are in the packet.</p><p>15.
