Secretary</p><p>TREASURY REPORT BY SEAN STIEWERT: *139 HOMEOWNERS HAVE PAID THEIR DUES SO FAR *A SECOND MAILING WILL BE DONE FOR THOSE THAT HAVEN’T PAID YET MOTION TO APPROVE, MOTION PASSED</p><p>NO MINUTES. JUNE WAS ANNUAL MEETING</p><p>ARCHITECTURAL / DEED RESTRICTION REPORT BY DWAYNE: 1. Dwayne and Manny visited a property on CNH that wanted to put in a 50 x 100 building, to be used for material and truck storage at night. Homeowner asked to speak to TOCC attorney before any action taken. Is aware now it can be for residential purposes only. 2. Property at CNH and Eldridge (3 of the 4 lots) under contract. Full service car wash. Wall would be build around all 4 lots. Would have set hours for car wash. Preliminary okay for concept to meet all Finch Agreement stipulations. Preliminary drawings approved for concept. Need an updated drawing. Will schedule meeting with four property owners backing up to property. 3. Pool on Glenora. Need approved forms and drawing. 4. Property on Advance. House has been leveled. Initial contact done by Manny. 5. Drawings received for building on Advance. Removing carport and replacing with garage. 6. Home on Dermot. Approval for tear down of garage and addition of porch 7. Abandoned home on Glenora. Harris County came by, would not go inside.</p><p>CRIME WATCH: At the end of June/first of July…Campos…Domestic assault and theft…minor…Level 3</p><p>COMMUNICATIONS REPORTS: Discussion of possible National Night Out event. OLD BUSINESS: Voted to keep open board meetings on a quarterly basis</p><p>NEW BUSINESS: *After September 2016, TOCC will begin a Yard of The Month program. Winner will receive a $25.00 gift card to a local nursery. Colin Ham will make a permanent sign to be placed in winner’s yard. She will create a form that will be added to the TOCC website for nominees. Winners posted on NDTO and TOCC website. *Kevin Long will be new TOCC attorney. $5,000 retainer written on 8.2.16 Bill in 6 minute increments. *Repair of sign a Y discussed. New sign made for pool, could be made for Y as well. *$50 for new flags at Y approved *Dwayne to look at new lights for flags *Architectural committee for 2016-2017 will be: Dwayne Harthorn, Sean Stiewert, Greg Ham, Manny Leal, Tracy Berg *Deed Restriction committee for 2016-2017: Manny Leal, Dwayne Harthorn, Gary Blahuta *Welcome Committee for 2016-2017: Wanda Leal, Colin Ham</p>
