<p> DCY Jingle Bell Invitational 2016</p><p>Saturday, December 17, 2016</p><p>Location: Door County YMCA 1900 Michigan Street Sturgeon Bay, WI. 54235 Phone: 920-743-4949</p><p>Host Team: Door County YMCA - DCY Swim Team</p><p>Pool: 8 lane, 25 yard pool with non turbulent lane dividers, backstroke flags, 30’’ high starting blocks, 13’ depth at the starting blocks and 4’6’’ depth at the shallow end. </p><p>Meet Schedule: Warm-ups: 7:00-7:55 am Meet starts: 8:00 am</p><p>Timing: IST System with one back-up button and 2 stop watches. We are in need of extra officials. All Officials will be reimbursed 1 swimmer entry fee or $40.00 for full day.</p><p>Meet Director: Mike McHugh, Aquatics Director/Head Coach [email protected] 920-743-4949</p><p>Coaches Meeting: There will be a coaches meeting in the Aquatics Office at 7:45 am.</p><p>Entry Deadline: A meet event file will be available for download into Team Manager from our web site: www.doorfins.org. We request teams submit their entries by email using a Hy-Tek file. Entries must be received by Wednesday, December 7th at 12:00 pm. You may update times after the deadline until Dec. 16. Any additions after December 7th will be accepted at the discretion of the Meet Director. Deck entries will be allowed at the discretion of the Meet Director to fill open lanes; however, there will be no scratching of one event to deck another.</p><p>Entry Limit: A maximum of 5 individuals plus 2 relays per individual. The first 450 entries will be accepted. We have additional teams attending: please enter early to reserve your spot.</p><p>Entry Fees: $5.00 per event for individual events $16.00 per event for relays $3.00 surcharge per swimmer Make checks payable to DOOR COUNTY YMCA Deck Seeding will be allowed if there is room. $7.00 per event</p><p>Please send the waiver and entry fee check to: Mike McHugh Door County YMCA 1900 Michigan Street Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 Meet Format: All events are timed finals.</p><p>Rules/Eligibility: USA Swimming rules prevail for the meet. Swimmer will swim their age as of December 17, 2016. In the 100 yard relays, the 2nd and 4th swimmer must start in the water. Swimmers should be prepared to use fly over starts. Feet first three-point entries from the starting end of the pool during general warm-ups will be enforced for all sanctioned/approved competition. All swimmers upon finishing each race will move to side of lane immediately to alleviate any safety issues with fly-over starts.</p><p>Special Needs: The coach of any swimmer with special needs should notify the Meet Director before the meet.</p><p>Conduct: In accordance with the Federal Video Voyeurism Prevention Act of 2004 – the use of camera phones or video recording devices in the locker rooms is prohibited</p><p>All competing teams will be responsible for the conduct of their own swimmers. The Meet Director has the authority to disqualify swimmers found misbehaving. Only coaches, swimmers, officials and meet workers are allowed on deck. Coaches must display YMCA or USA credentials at all times while on deck.</p><p>Admissions: Heat sheets-$4.00. Limited quantity day of meet.
