<p> Amenities Guidelines 2008</p><p>The RV storage area</p><p>1. The RV storage area is for RVs only (boats, travel trailers, campers and motor homes). 2. Access is granted to Property owners in good standing by use of a personal four digit code. License plate numbers of the vehicle are required .Access will be denied if Property Owner's dues become delinquent. 3. Storage availability is on a first come/first served basis. Please be considerate of others when parking your RV. </p><p>Clubhouse Reservations Process</p><p>The clubhouse may be reserved for private functions by property owners. Please use the website to make a reservation. A $300 refundable deposit is required to reserve the clubhouse for private functions. Mail the deposit 7 days prior to your reservation to Silver Lakes Ranch POA PO box 277 Sunset, TX 76270 We have elected not to charge for use of the clubhouse. The additional cost will be analyzed after the summer and may require charging a fee next year. Guidelines for the Clubhouse include. 1. There are no overnight stays 2. No smoking. 3. No pets allowed. 4. The swimming pool cannot be reserved at anytime for private functions. 5. The deposit is waived for community events held by the property owners. 6. Any and all damage, repair or replacement costs including the loss of keys are the responsibility of the property owner making the reservation. 7. All clean up and trash removal to the available dumpster shall be the responsibility of the property owner making the reservation. 8. The deposit will constitute agreement to these conditions. </p><p>RV Park Usage</p><p>1. Property owners (current with POA dues) must make reservations on the Silver Lakes Ranch website. This information will be passed on to SLR security.</p><p>2. The maximum stay is 14 consecutive days without SLR board approval. Note- The parking spots are listed by number on the website. The sites will be numbered as on the website. </p>
