<p>ROGER J. DRAKE SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS</p><p>Roger J. Drake is the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications of Morton’s Restaurant Group, Inc. (NYSE: MRT). In this position, Drake is responsible for managing and leading the company’s lifestyle marketing strategies, overall brand management, media relations, e-communications and investor relations. </p><p>Prior to his role as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Drake, 49, had been Chief Communications Officer since 2008. He also served as Vice President of Communications and Director of Communications, since first joining Morton’s in 1994. He is a Senior Officer of the company. Previously, he owned and operated Drake Productions, a video and marketing communications company, and handled video and film production work for the St. Louis Cardinals and Busch Stadium. Drake was also a senior producer, editor and copywriter at Major League Baseball Productions, where he began his career as an intern during his junior year at Rutgers University. </p><p>"Roger has 20 years of marketing and public relations experience with our company and has been a driving force in helping us to build and expand our Morton's The Steakhouse brand," said Christopher Artinian, President and Chief Executive Officer of Morton's Restaurant Group, Inc. "Throughout the last two decades, he has been instrumental in the execution of innovative programs and exclusive special events for our Morton’s guests."</p><p>Drake received a bachelor of arts degree from Rutgers University. He is an Emmy Award Winner and has won awards for other video and film work, including a documentary featuring the poverty stricken “Bootheel” region of Missouri. Drake is currently serving on the board of directors of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), Long Island chapter, and is a visiting professor at Rutgers University, teaching an MBA course on Social Media.</p>
