<p> AMES HOMES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC ANNUAL MEETING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2015 CMS OFFICE - 1224 WADSWORTH BLVD, LAKEWOOD, CO</p><p>MEMBERS PRESENT: Renae Pick Renee Beavers Misty Lazenko</p><p>HOMEOWNERS PRESENT: See sign in sheet</p><p>OTHERS PRESENT: Jared Theis, CMS Jo Dozier, CMS</p><p>CALL TO ORDER: Renae Pick called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m. </p><p>APPROVAL OF 2014 ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES: MOTION by Renae Pick, SECONDED by Renee Beavers to approve the 2014 Annual Meeting minutes. MOTION CARRIED. </p><p>ROOF INSURANCE CLAIM UPDATE</p><p>TREASUERS REPORT/BUDGET RATIFICATION: The 2015 approved budget was presented to the homeowners with a 2.2% increase in assessments. A summary of the line items that increased were insurance, roof repair/gutter cleaning, tree trimming/pruning, and water/sewer. There was no disapproval from the members, so the 2015 budget was ratified and passed. </p><p>PRESIDENTS REPORT: Renae Pick reported that the Board has chosen a new snow removal company and that walks will be shoveled at 2” and driveways plowed at 3” of accumulation.</p><p>It was also reported that the roofs will need to be addressed for replacement as they are at the end of their life. Options were discussed to replace the roofs all at once or in phases with the worst ones getting done first. Pricing was discussed and a possible special assessment. More research will be done this next year and reported to the homeowners at the next meeting.</p><p>Parking was also discussed. Parking has been a chronic problem in the community and Jared referred to members to the parking policy amended by the Board in 2010.</p><p>ELECTION OF DIRECTORS: Renea Pick was elected by acclimation last year since Gina Cardenas sold her unit and there was still another vacancy on the Board. This year that vacancy was still available to fill. Misty Lazenko volunteered to fill the vacant position. With no other nominations on the floor, Misty was elected to a 3 year term by acclimation. Terms are as follows: Renee Beavers – term expires 2015 Renae Pick – term expires 2016 Misty Lazenko – term expires 2017</p><p>ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m. </p>
