St. Isidore Parish Importing GL Entries from Ioipay Into Quickbooks

<p> St. Isidore Parish Importing GL entries from IOIPay into Quickbooks 1. Login to Right Networks and launch Internet Explorer</p><p>2. Go to http://ioipay.com/ and login to IOIPay</p><p>3. Click on Browse/Print Reports and then on Report Archive 4. Select the desired payroll run from the left drop down, and then DG1 – GL FILE (ADDITIONAL) from the right hand one (bottom choice).</p><p>5. Click on the Run Report button and you will get a new IE window with the report in it.</p><p>6. Click on File and then Save as… You should see a file save dialog box that is positioned in the IOI Import folder in aob-364-stisadore on 'data4b\home4$'\Parish. Change the name to yyyy-mm- dd (e.g., 2012-06-08) and the file type to .txt and save.</p><p>7. Close the GL window and logout of IOIPay and close that window. Click on the shortcut to IOI Import down in the lower left of the desktop 8. Click on the file you just saved. It will be the only one with a .txt extension. Click once on the file name and then rename it so it has an .iif extension. It will give you a warning which you can ignore.</p><p>9. The file should now be named 2012-06-08.iif. Close the file explorer window and open Quickbooks. Click on File -> Utilities -> Import -> IIF Files. Select the correct file and click on Open</p><p>10. It will warn you twice about GL entries. Hit Yes for each and you should be all set. </p><p>Modified: 06/07/2012</p>
