The arbitrage will follow the Kata rules of All Japan Kyokyshin Union, reference point – DVD with Kata edited by Shihan Yoshikazu Koi 7 Dan; </p><p>2. The competition will have three rounds, as follows:</p><p> a. 1st Tour, mandatory kata (imposed), from where only the first eight sportsmen will remain, the tie-break will be made by marks;</p><p> b. 2nd Tour, chosen kata (the one preferred) from those listed in the above table, from where only the first four sportsmen will remain, the tie-break will be made by marks;</p><p> c. 3rd Tour will be held in the order of the marks received in the 1st and 2nd Tours, the first sportsman will confront the second sportsman for the first and second places, and the third sportsman will confront the sportsman from the fourth place, for the third and fourth place. The tie-break will be made with flags;</p><p>3. The sportsmen participating in the kata competition in first and second tours are obliged to all wear white belts;</p><p>4. The sportsmen in the semi-final will wear red belts (aka) - the first ones called on the tatami, and white belts (shiro) – the second ones called on the tatami, because the arbitrage will be made with flags ;</p><p>5. The marks in the first tour will be between 7.0 – 8.0 and in the second tour between 8.0 – 9.0;</p><p>6. The arbitrage will be made by four judges and a main judge / referee (commission of 5); 7. In the first and second tours there will be five marks, from which the greatest mark (>) and the lowest mark (<) will be cut (cancelled) and there will be only three medium marks that will be counted;</p><p>8. In order to be among the first four sportsmen, all the marks from the first and second tours will be counted and the arithmetic mean will be calculated;</p><p>9. In case of draw, in qualifications, for tie-break, there will be a preliminary tour with flags (Example: in order to enter the final, there are two sportsmen with the same mark for the second place); </p>
