<p> Home & School Board Meeting Minutes January 9, 2017</p><p>Attendees: Mrs. Louise Sheehan, Principal of St. Dorothy’s School Mrs. Patricia McGee, Teacher Representative Mrs. Donna McGann, President of H&S Board Mrs. Marie Pat Romano, Vice President of H&S Board Mrs. Jennifer McAnally, Secretary of H&S Board</p><p>The board started the meeting with a prayer.</p><p>Mrs. Sheehan discussed Mrs. Neill award. This is the award that Mrs. Gallagher won a previous year. Congratulations Mrs. Neill! </p><p>There were no teacher requests.</p><p>Mrs. Mulholland reported on the inflow and outflow of cash in her Treasurer’s Report. </p><p>The computer/media teacher position is still open. A long term sub was hired for 5th grade.</p><p>The survey will be ready to send out shortly about H&S wanting to change the lunch program.</p><p>Catholic Schools Week Activities- Wednesday February 1st is McDonald’s day and Family Bingo is Thursday February 2nd. Bingo was switched from the gym to the annex.</p><p>H&S is looking into dates to sing at the Phillies Game. Mrs. McGann will be in touch with Mr. Mayo as there are already plans to sing at the Blue Rocks game. </p><p>Book Fair wills start the 1st day of Catholic’s School’s week on January 9th after the 10AM mass. We need to ask Mrs. Julien if she will again run spirit day.</p><p>Stock’s Cakes are coming back. Dates to be confirmed are in May.</p><p>Mrs. Albanese asked for additional costumes for the Easter program. The board approved the purchase.</p><p>The board agreed to pay a portion of the 5th grade Chrome books. </p><p>Designer Bag Bingo is March 4th. Need to look at Bingo callers.</p><p>Children can start bringing soda tops to school during Catholic’s Schools Week until March 31st. </p><p>Amazon Smile is able to be the chosen as a charity when you purchase items on Amazon.</p><p>Next Meeting will be February 6th</p><p>Adjourned the meeting</p>
