<p> Pregnancy Resource Center of the South Hills Strategic Planning Goals for 2012-2013 (Meeting of November 10, 2011)</p><p>1) Program Staffing Needs:</p><p> a. Continue part-time Abstinence Education Student Intern b. Change Assistant Director position to the following: - 32 hr a week Client Services Director (on the 4 days we are open for clients) - 25 hr a week Development Assistant c. Additional 5 hours a week for a nurse to go to Homestead Center for STD Testing and US (pending Homestead is added as a Satellite Center of ours) d. Add 6 hours to work week to open from 1-9pm. Nurse to work shift </p><p>2) Medical, Programming and Administrative Needs:</p><p>Education Programs: a. Finish copyrighting curriculum and present at National Conf. b. Write Healthy Relationships program for MS & Copyright c. Prepare to teach in 26 Catholic MS’s d. Adjust curriculum for Cyber-schooling/Homeschooling</p><p>Medical Services: a. Add HIV/Syphillis Testing to STD services b. Purchase new US machine (upgrade) through Focus on Family (Cost=$26,000 – FOF pays 80%, we pay 20%- $5200) c. Purchase Portable US machine to be used in Homestead for US through Focus on Family (Cost=$22,000 – FOF pays 80%, we pay 20% - $4400)</p><p>Administrative: a. New laptop for Dev. Assistant b. Phone lines added for Dev. Assistant office and Nurse’s office c. Purchase 4 of Ipads for use with clients </p><p>4) Marketing and Promotional Needs:</p><p> a. Promotional DVD of entire ministry, programs and services b. Update PRC logo and corp. brochure</p><p>5) Financial Needs:</p><p> a. Funding for Abstinence Materials and Speakers b. Funding for upgraded laptop & Ipads</p>
