<p>UNOFFICIAL COPY AS OF 04/06/18 13 REG. SESS. 13 RS BR 47</p><p>A RESOLUTION in honor and loving memory of Duane Ray Skavdahl. WHEREAS, Duane Skavdahl departed this earthly life on July 3, 2012, at the age of 65, and an entire community joins his family and friends in mourning his loss; and WHEREAS, Duane Skavdahl earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in History from Moorhead State University and his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University of Law. He was a partner at the law office of Smith, Rolfes and Skavdahl for nearly two decades, and a deeply invested member of the northern Kentucky community; and WHEREAS, Duane Skavdahl's tranquil persona and name resound throughout the law office of Smith, Rolfes and Skavdahl, the legal insurance profession, and the northern Kentucky community; and WHEREAS, Duane Skavdahl was a loving husband, a devoted father and a cherished friend. He is survived by his wife, Jan Skavdahl; his daughters, Suesan Ison and husband Tyler, Stephanie Skavdahl, and Samantha Skavdahl; and his brother Leroy Skavdahl and wife Cheryl; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky:</p><p>Section 1. The Senate does hereby express its most profound sense of sorrow and proffers its sincerest condolences to the family and friends of Duane Ray Skavdahl.</p><p>Section 2. When the Senate adjourns this day it does so in honor and loving memory of Duane Ray Skavdahl.</p><p> Section 3.
