<p>UNOFFICIAL COPY AS OF 04/05/18 06 REG. SESS. 06 RS BR 1787</p><p>A RESOLUTION confirming the reappointment of Irene C. Steen as an administrative law judge in the Office of Workers' Claims. WHEREAS, in accordance with KRS 342.230, and by Executive Order 2005-1197 the Governor has reappointed Irene C. Steen as an administrative law judge in the Office of Workers' Claims for a term expiring December 31, 2009; and WHEREAS; appointments as administrative law judges are subject to confirmation by the Senate, as required by KRS 11.160; and WHEREAS; the Senate finds that Irene C. Steen meets the requirements of KRS 342.230; NOW, THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Senate of the General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky: Section 1. The Senate hereby consents to the reappointment of Irene C. Steen as an administrative law judge in the Office of Worker's Claims for a term expiring December 31, 2009. Section 2. The Clerk of the Senate shall forward a copy of this Resolution, with a written notification of its adoption, to Ms. Irene C.
