Programme - Define the programme framework with its two sub- International Development programme and components integrated into coherent 60 days Expert documents. (Paul Thomson) - Review, discuss and finalise the schedules and ToRs of all short-term mission or specialist. - Review, examine and get clarity on the inputs/reports from short-term mission. - Produce time bound deliverables in terms of reports, papers and Programe Document to support consultations, meetings and submission to the Government. 3 Expert on Private - To undertake contextual analysis review existing barriers in Sector terms of policies, programmes and plans as well as legal Engagement constraints for private sector engagement. - 4. Junior Expert - Facilitate and provide support in managing the activities/ 11 man months (Programme tasks relating to formulation and design of BGDP Formulation) - Facilitate in following up the progress with individual Maruf Baig expert/mission member for timely production of quality deliverables in line with the agreed TORs. - Facilitate coordination among the key experts and stakeholders for smooth implementation of IP. - Assist in planning and scheduling short-term assignment/mission in line with agreed work plan. - Facilitate in organizing consultation meetings/workshops and assisting in document preparation and presentation; synthesizing the discussion notes etc. - Assist in the preparation of progress report and other misc. activities related to formulation and design. </p>
