Honorable Michael Cook

January 23, 2003

Honorable Michael Cook Marshall Circuit Court 501 North Center Street Suite 301 Plymouth IN 46563

Re: Cause No. 20D050010DR640

The Marriage of : Alison Gratzol (Petitioner) vs. Amir H. Sanjari (Respondent)

Dear Judge Cook, From what I am informed I understand that the Court has decided not to convene a conference before the hearing of February 12/13, 2003, to decide upon some of the issues, as outlined in my most recent petitions, that need to be addressed before the said hearing. I believe leaving matters to be determined on the first day of the hearing will not afford me the required opportunity, the time and the means to provide rebuttal witnesses, documents, etc, or otherwise deal with or challenge the biased and inaccurate statements, amongst which is Ms.Todd’s records. In view of the biased and one-sided nature of her records and means of gathering them, primarily through the Petitioner/Mother, and Ms. Todd’s own apparent pre-disposition in this case, I should have the opportunity as the children’s father being within my rights (for full access to their psychological, mental health, etc, records according to the Indiana Code 16-39-2-9) to review the records before they are, if at all, made available to any third party in order that I may appropriately deal with the issues. I believe that the Court’s apparent decision to effectively tie my hands behind my back on these issues, while seemingly allowing any and all liberties and mode of conduct to the opposing side, is heavily and increasingly prejudicing this case. Therefore, I respectfully request that the Court take all the relevant issues into further consideration and rule on the urgent issues outlined earlier as well as ordering Ms. Todd (due to be taken deposition from by me tomorrow, January 24) to comply with the said deposition and subpoena and provide the requested records. This would also allow me to study her records for both the conduct of the case and its validity for release or otherwise.

I thank the Court in anticipation for any effort in trying to achieve justice in this case.

Yours Sincerely,

Amir H. Sanjari (Dr)

Respondent (Pro Se)

CC: Mr. Max Walker

______Amir H.
