<p>Dear Colleagues,</p><p>We’re all working in English language teaching and want to find the best ways for professional development. It is never possible to effectively stand still in our work as an English language teacher but how can we progress? </p><p>At this point, as the School of Foreign Languages we are aiming to establish our Continued Professional Development Unit (CPD) which will ensure and maintain quality teaching and learning as well as keeping us up to-date with the hottest developments in the ELT profession. </p><p>The first step towards this goal is to record your CPD which is important in keeping track of the activity you carry out. A CPD log shows that you are a reflective teacher who puts professional development at the heart of your practice.
