<p> ARRANGEMENT EXTENDING THE LETTER OF UNDERSTANDING</p><p>BETWEEN</p><p>THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA</p><p>AND</p><p>THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM</p><p>REGARDING CONTINUING LABOR COOPERATION</p><p>In accordance with the Letter of Understanding regarding continuing labor cooperation between the Department of Labor of the United States of America (USDOL) and the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (MOLISA), signed August 17, 2006, in English and Vietnamese, and extended for four years on August 17, 2008, USDOL and MOLISA wish to further extend such cooperation. </p><p>Accordingly, USDOL and MOLISA extend the date of expiration of the Understanding to August 17, 2015, and it expires thereon, unless further extended by USDOL and MOLISA. </p><p>Signed in on , 2012, in the English and Vietnamese languages, both texts being equally authentic.</p><p>FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR FOR THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, OF THE UNITED STATES OF INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AMERICA: AFFAIRS OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM:</p><p>Sandra Polaski Nguyen Thanh Hoa Deputy Undersecretary Vice Minister of Labor, Invalids for International Affairs and Social Affairs</p>
