<p> Belmont Elementary School 4th Annual Leadership Day May 22, 2014, 10am-2pm</p><p>REGISTRATION POLICIES</p><p> Participants must complete and submit a Registration Form by May 16, 2014 in order to secure spaces.  Participants in a group may register under one form. Please have one person as the “Main Contact.”  Registration forms are accepted first come first serve as seats are limited.  The registration fee is $15.00 per participant which includes lunch and any materials.  Registration fees are due on or before May 22, 2014 and must be paid in full. If there is an outstanding balance on your account, or if you have paid by Purchase Order, you will need to pay by check or cash upon your arrival.  Confirmation of your registration will be emailed or faxed to you upon receipt of your registration.  Make checks payable to: Belmont Elementary School  Payment receipts will be included in the main contact’s packet.  Registration forms are accepted by fax, mail or email. You will learn from our students and staff what makes our leadership model so special, and how we work hard at establishing a genuine culture that can be seen, felt, heard, and touched when one enters our building. </p><p>We want our children to be caring and kind, intrinsically motivated, hard working, to make good choices, skilled in problem solving, successful, and to grow up and give back. This Leadership Day gives our students a chance to have a captive audience so they can share how they focus on leadership and character education to increase their individual accountability, building a school culture of continuous improvement for everyone. Students will demonstrate how they set personal and academic goals, how they map their course to achieve these goals, and how they use their Data Notebooks.</p><p>Students have a sense of empowerment over their own success and are eager to apply leadership opportunities in the classroom, in the school, in the community, and with you!
