This set-aside is based on the previous year’s count of homeless students attending non-Title I schools. One method for determining the set-asides is to take the average number of homeless children in the non-Title I school(s) over the previous three years and multiply that number by the PPA (Per Pupil Allocation).</p><p>10/23/07</p>
