FREE</p><p>Gardening to Delivered at Stubbylee Thursday 28th April Half day session Enhance Sleep Community 9:30 – 12:00 Greenhouses, this course will cover the theories and research around working with nature to restore healthy sleep patterns, improve well- being and maintain our physical health. We will also study the beneficial properties of herbs and plants which aid a restful night’s sleep. Free Gardening to Delivered at Stubbylee Thursday 5th May Half day session Alleviate Community 9:30 – 12:00 Depression Greenhouses, this course we will look at the effects depression can have on our motivation and mood and how we can alleviate sinking into deeper depression by building healthy routines in the garden, growing plants which lift our mood and studying which herbs can be used to help us cope. Free Gardening to Delivered at Stubbylee Saturday 4th June Full day course Alleviate Anxiety Community 10:00 – 3:00 and Depression Greenhouses, this course we will study why we become anxious, the effect this has on our bodies and thoughts.
