<p> On joint motion of all Councilmembers present, the following resolution was offered: RESOLUTION NO. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Jefferson Parish Council of Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, acting as governing authority of said parish: SECTION 1. That three (3) 2009 Alcoholic Beverage Permit Nos. 518186, 518819, 518925 and that five (5) Officer/Manager Permits for Peng Fu Zheng and Shi Fei Wu for Chinatown Gourmet Restaurant of 3100 17th Street, Metairie, LA 700002, Douglas Parfait for Masquerades Lounge of 3505 Division Street, Metairie, LA 70002; and Vivian Solares and Sigmund Solares for Rajun Cajun Café & Catering of 5209 W. Napoleon Avenue, Metairie, LA 70001 are hereby approved. SECTION 2. That the Sheriff, Ex-Officio Tax Collector for the Parish of Jefferson be and is hereby authorized to issue proper licenses to cover the herein approved applications within the time prescribed by law.
