<p> MICKLE TRAFFORD & DISTRICT PARISH COUNCIL MINUTES OF THE PLANNING MEETING HELD ON THE 5 OCTOBER 2009 IN THE VILLAGE HALL Meeting No: 07</p><p>PRESENT: Mr D K Rowlands, - in the chair, Mr R Brace, Mr T L Bartley, Mr I S Jones Mrs L Whiteley – Parish Clerk</p><p>Item 01/07 Apologies: Mr R Parkin - holiday Mr J G Nicholas – belated apologies Mrs J A Woods - holiday</p><p>Item 02/07 RESOLVED - Declaration of Interest Personnel/Prejudicial: None were noted</p><p>Item 02.01/07 - To accept the Minutes of the Meeting held on 3rd August 2009 RESOLVED – Approved once amendments are made, as a correct record of the minutes of the meeting held on 3rd August 2009.</p><p>Item 03/07 RESOLVED - Consideration of the latest Planning Application</p><p>Application No: Proposal Location Location Ref 09/11372/AGR Replacement of hay and implement Land between The Street & Oak Bank HV store Lane Response</p><p>The application has been opose for the following reasons:</p><p>The store proposed proximately is too close to neighbouring houses. Potential fire hazard Land to small to justify size of proposed building Proposed entrance deemed inadequate</p><p>The Planning Committee would like to note that they deem planning permission in Hoole Village has been very slack for the past 20 years.</p><p>Item 04/07 Parish Council Response to Enforcement Appeal – APP/A0665/C/09/2112518</p><p>RESOLVED – Nothing to report at present. </p><p>Item 05/07 Planning Appeal Hearing – 09/10014/ENF & 09/10051/ENF volunteers required to attend</p><p>RESOLVED – Members of the Unauthorised Encampments sub-committee would be attending as well as Mr T R Law, Mrs J A Woods and Mr T L Bartley</p><p>The Chairman advised that the sub-committee (Unauthorised Encampments) activity should properly co-ordinated and that the Parish Clerk should attend at all times to ensure that accurate minutes are taken as a true record of proceedings.</p><p>The committee members as agreed at the Extra Ordinary Meeting dated 2 September 2009 The Chair, Vice Chair, Glen Nicholas, Brian Ancliff, John Jackson, John Walsh, and the Parish Clerk. - 1 - Mr R Brace suggested that any appeal flyers should be endorsed with a the following “ Prepared by the authority of Mickle Trafford & District Parish Council” to ensure that local residents are fully aware that the flyers are legitimate. </p><p>RESOLVED – This was agreed by all.</p><p>Item 06/07 Date and time of next meeting</p><p>Monday 2nd November 2009 at 7.00 pm at the Village Hall</p><p>Prepared by Laura Whiteley 7 October 2009 No: 2009/33</p><p>Signed...... </p><p>Dated...... ……………………..</p><p>- 2 -</p>
