The company has built up a solid reputation within the coffee industry, driven by 8 values that form the word PRECIOUS (Passion, Respect, Expertise, Customer oriented, Innovation, Open, Unity & Success).</p><p>For the site in Puurs we are currently recruiting an ICT Manager (M/F).</p><p>Main responsibilities</p><p>As an ICT Manager you will be responsible for:</p><p> collecting, analyzing, optimizing and translating the business needs of the internal departments, external partners and clients into realistic ICT solutions</p><p> the consultation of external and internal partners to implement the above ICT solutions and establish efficient communication lines with partners</p><p> becoming the key figure in the further development and optimization of the ICT strategy  leading the ICT team of 2 persons  reporting directly to the Managing Director, as a member of the Managing Team  Taking part in the ICT permanence project (being standby related to possible issues in the production department).</p><p>Candidate profile</p><p>As an ICT Manager you possess the following competencies:  You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology  You are passionate about ICT and functional analyses  You have a proven track record of 10 years of relevant working experience in ICT as a (consultant or perm) business analyst (preferably in a production environment)  You possess practical and technical knowledge of SAP Modules (SD, MM, WM, FICO, PP) and SAP BI  You have experience with ICT Project Management  You possess practical and technical knowledge of as many as possible of the following applications: SAP, SAP BW, Java, T-SQL, Visual Basic, C#, HTML, MES software, MS Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, SharePoint  You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus.  You easily sell your ideas with your engaging and persuasive communication  Calm and with confidence you can control each (new) problem  You are a true motivator.
